Home Assembly Jobs

People who like to work with their hands are especially susceptible to the lure of home assembly jobs. You do not have to look very far or travel wide to find home assembly ads in various forms, colour and writing. And as tempting as they may sound, they are a practical means for the advertiser to steal your money, or leave you with nothing but another job search.

Envelope stuffing is another common scam that we see often and despite the warnings you see posted on the Internet about them, people still go for it. Home assembly and envelope stuffing jobs are alluring because of their simplistic nature, and the lure of making a good income fast and in little time. Ads used to promote these scams always use words to imply that little or no skill or experience is required. And in most cases this is true, but they just do not yield the desired results usually promised.

There are hundreds of thousands of websites on the Web that use several tactics to get you more interested in what they have to offer. Testimonials are a good example. Using fake names and pictures of people who tout the service is common, but made up. The use of testimonials is a very common marketing tool used especially with home assembly jobs, and used too often anymore for most people to take seriously. But because some of the better-known companies use them, with sometimes even well known testifiers, some of us tend to take them too seriously.

Most work from home assembly jobs and scams use misleading advertisements that prey on your desire to make money quickly. We have all been at the crappy end of the stick when it comes to marketing schemes or otherwise. Ads that boast work at home assembly or envelope stuffing will not tell you about fees associated with such, and the supplies one will need to complete the task. This is also especially true and the same type of deal with the envelope stuffing scam. I know because I have fallen for it (more out of curiosity,) and have been a victim of them myself. So you can take advice from someone who has been there, and well… not done it!

With a home assembly jobs, you will spend numerous hours assembling what ever it is you were given, and you will send it in to an organization that will tell you it is sub-standard, or not up to par. Most companies have a disclaimer in fine print that will support this. The crux of this equation is that the company probably never sells any of this crap to begin with. These scammers rip-off people who wish to work from home, with tactics and wording that is very deceiving and prolific. They do not care about the money you spent for the order, or the time you wasted creating their product.

Common ads for envelope stuffing however, will require a fee for a set of vague and unprofessionally written instructions, which will probably make you laugh. The ad will most likely suggest that you are sent materials and envelopes in which to stuff. The caveat of this scam is the way in which it is worded. To make this story short… You will have to print your own materials and distribute your own ads wherever. All the while trying to sucker in others to do the same to help you make your money. In other words, they will send you a set of instructions that describe ways to start your own stuffing scheme.

As the saying goes, “one is born every minute” and it applies wholeheartedly to online-offline scams as well. No one is going to pay you big dollars for doing a menial task from home, especially unsupervised or without a business name, plan or number. You will have a better chance in researching legitimate home jobs, and excluding the thoughts and consideration of doing any home assembly jobs. Building a business or working from home takes time and energy to do it right. The payoff in the end is great, along with its rewards of fulfillment and accomplishment.
