Job OpportunitiesTypically and historically, people tend to look for job opportunities offline that are offered by an employer or company. This is the way society has been built up in order to accommodate you with a way to make money to feed yourself or family, keep you busy, and then take a percentage of what you make and call it taxes. This is life for the majority of people on the planet, like it or not. A century ago, approximately a third of workers on the planet were farmers, or had some background or working relationship connected to agriculture or farming. Today it can be as low as 3% in some regions, States or territories around the world. Has this changed the way we look for work and the way we structure business? I think more people now aware of the options and jobs available made possible by technological advancements and new ways of looking at society and economics. Less than a few decades ago, gender played a weighted role in what job opportunities or career a woman or man may acquire. I am sure that in some cases gender may play a biased role as to who gets the job, but we have all heard the story of the bosses friend getting the job someone else is more qualified or experienced at. This means that one is practically anonymous and age, gender, physical dimension and other properties an employer may take into consideration when hiring someone, as they are virtually absent of physical appearance. So it is important to note that many contributing employer rated attributes such as weight; personal hygiene, and verbal skills, will also be put to the side when searching for most online jobs and careers. Starting a business online is something that most people overlook, or tend to think of as too much work, or effort to learn. But setting up a web-based business can culminate or grow out of an existing online job opportunity you may have found on the Internet. This is a natural progression for most people who have seen success with a telecommuting job that has held their interest and has made them money.
