Stay At Home Dad
If you are a stay at home dad looking for a way to earn an extra income, you may have realized a lot of at home businesses are geared towards women. You probably don't want to sell jewellery at your child's mommy and me class, but what options are available for guys?
Many work at home fathers are looking for ways to earn a good income from home, whether it be full or part time. But many have noticed that most home jobs or home business opportunities are geared or engineered towards the female gender, or mainly women. The fellow’s may want to indulge in another class of options other than selling jewellery at a Hen party, or knit blankets or sell hand made pottery.
Typically men have a different mind-set when it comes to work, but are able to conform to change easier and without hesitation. Many stay at home dads do not mind doing the laundry and washing the dishes, I know I don’t, and I can have a break anytime I want. Try getting that one past your Boss! Automatic dishwashers and clothes dryers make it easy… I do not know what all the fuss is about.
The stay at home dad is in a class by himself and deserves respect usually only afforded to the stay at home mom. Lets put this into perspective now, and rather frankly, that men can do the job. Conforming to household duties is not hard (rather easy as I see and do it, and I am not alone) and is rather a joke and a misconception that men can’t clean. The work from home man also knows he is saving money on gas and tire wear, or spending money on lunches out from the office or workplace.
There are many jobs for men to do from home including freelance writing, freelance photography, insurance, surveys, Internet marketing, (which is my favourite,) affiliate promotion, and the list of options goes on. Get creative and look for the jobs or opportunities that interest you. A bit of creatively should also be thrown into the mix with determination and a hard work ethic. Remember, what women can do, men can do as well, except for possibly birthing a child. But I hear they are working at that as well.
